Interesting brix readings on Sanbokan and Yuzu. My fruits have about the same brix reading, just cut some the other day.
The best tasting of these (Shiikwaasa, Sanbokan, Yuzu) was the Sanbokan. You can eat it like the NZ lemon, not sour at all. I cut open a green fruit and it still had brix=8.8 and tasted like a sweet lemon, similar to the NZ lemons I had.
