Not speaking for Teds ideas,  my thoughts would be how they taste? ( at least #11 and #20 would be interesting and different use case?  )

I don't really know the taste of those two, #11 and #20. I don't use the leaves of the Makrut or zest the fruit. With the Buddha's hand fruit, I just grew it for the unusual shape but not planning to eat it.
