I read that this variety does not need to be hand pollinated in Australia

We moved to a new house about 5 months ago, and it has a pretty big Fantasia Nectarine in the ground. It is about 15 ft height and 12 ft width.
On January, it was full with flower buds, so I give a handful of slow released Osmocote. By February, some of the flowers were blooming, then slowly followed by the rest. There were hundreds if not thousands of flowers on the tree. Pollinator were bees, small birds, and ants that I noticed.
Unfortunately, most of the fruitlets dropped and the tree only has about 10-15 fruits hanging now. The fruits that stay are on the branch that already bloomed in January, not later on.
From what I read, Fantasia Nectarine is a heavy producer and not an alternate bearer. My Elegant Lady Peach, which I put in the ground nearby the Nectarine about 5 months ago is a lot smaller, but is holding about 30 peaches right now. Both trees get the same treatment.
The Nectarine looks super healthy, bushy, green, with a lot of sucker.
What did I do wrong with the Nectarine tree that it only bears 10 fruits now?

Unfortunately my husband refused to let me kill a couple of pine trees that blocking a good spot with fertile soil. Those pine trees create a nice shade in the side yard, but limit the sun access. I already put 2 paw paw trees (i read that pawpaw will fruit well in part shade area) on the spot, but have room for 1 more. Now i have a 5 gallon white sapote, a 3 gallon Glenn, and a 5 gallon Mauritius Lychee. From what i read here, none of them will reach their potential with only 5 hours of sun. I would like the experts and gurus here to give me a suggestion on what tropical fruit tree will do well in that spot. I also have a 5 gallon jaboticaba and 15 gallon prolific sapodilla. I just put the jabo in the full sun about a month ago, it seems happy with 12 hours ful sun, but i can always move it. Another consideration is, the neighbor's squirrel sometimes take a peek on our side yard, which makes me thing i should put the white sapote there. Please help me with your generous knowledge, otherwise I might have to ask for my husband's forgiveness instead of his permission. FYI, the 5 hours sun is 3 hours of morning sun plus 2 hours of afternoon's.

Hello everyone,
I just ordered a Glenn seedling from Bob Wells nursery in Texas. It is 2 years old, and according to them is about 4 ft tall. I talked to their CS, and he said in their experience it will fruit in 2 years. They also have Lemon Zest, Peach Cobler, Pineapple Pleasure, Fruit Punch, Carrie,etc.
I have no experience growing a seedling mango.
If anyone could help, is it more challenging than grafted ones? Will the tree grow stronger than the grafted ones?

I have a limited space to plant my cherimoya and atemoya trees in the ground. Will 5 ft from each other ( also 5 ft away from other trees on their left and right side).
It is a prime spot, sunny, quite protected from wind, super fertile rich soil (was a horse stable about 4 years ago).
 

I saw an online seller offers a semi dwarf grafted Sweet Tart variety mango. Since i have been trying to get one, i am very tempted. I asked the seller where she get it from, she answered that she buys wholesale from Pine Island nursery. It us about 2-3 ft size for $189. My question is, i never heard of semi dwarf Sweet Tart. Forgive my foolishness, maybe I just not educated enough in the Mango world. Anybody can explain?

Never heard that anyone growing Cempedak here in California. It is not as popular as Durian or Jackfruit of course. But my palate loves Cempedak more than durian or jackfruit. It is juicier, sweeter, with the mix of bubble gum and cotton candy aroma. I can find fresh durian or jackfruit in the Asian market sometimes, but never see any cempedak (maybe because it is not as popular).
There is a seller offering a 3 ft Cempedak tree for only $40 on ebay, I am tempted to get it but afraid to get heartbroken if it will never bear fruit here (Los Angeles zone 10A).
