Aloha, what you guys cooking?
Lately I have been taking peel off, split into quarters and remove center pith, then steam 30 minutes. Then I have my cooking ingredient to add to anything and keep in fridge.
Been doing stir fried savory (salt, pepper, oil, fish/pork etc.) , and also stir fry sweet (salt, sugar, butter) with okinawan sweet potatoes.
But I think I want to try maybe using my insta pot pressure cooker to make like a pudding with the fully ripe breadfruits. Especially labor day coming, might be good pot luck item.
