Chloride tip burn on avocado

It's only september and my Sir Prize (transplanted in march) is already showing sign of tip burn.  I've  been irrigating frequently for the month of august.   Below are the pictures  of the leaves that have chloride burn at the tip. For the month of August, I watered 3 days a week for a total of 36 gallons of water for this tree.  Anyone have any suggestion for leaching this tree?  I've been searching on the forum for leaching but couldn't find anything.

The new growth looks relatively clean? What fertilizer did you use?
My old well had salt in the water and I use to get allot of leaf burn on
my avocados also. If the new leaves are ok figure out if it is from the
fertilizer or water or both like mine was. Eventually the burnt leaves will
shed you should be ok. In Florida I realized avocados don't need water as
often and may have been part of my problem also.

I haven't seen any new growth  yet.  The fertilizer I used are bioflora 6-6-5 and gro-power for avocado & citrus.

The picture looks like the oldest leaves have the burn? The top leaves
or newest leaves look fine? The old leaves will shed. What kind of water
are you using?

I used city tap water running through a CAMCO RV inline filter.  This filter removes odor, chlorine, and sediment.

I'm also in SD. Are you still experiencing tip burn? I'm in the same situation. it is either too much salt or too much fertilizer. I use espoma citrus and avo fertilizer.
