Wanted: syzgium and some others
« on: June 14, 2022, 04:53:53 AM »
I'm looking for a few not on this list to complete my bed.

Here is what I have:
[ ] Syzygium malaccense (red malay apple)
[ ] Syzygium malaccense white (white malay apple)
[ ] Syzygium oleosum (blue Lilly pilly)
[ ] Syzygium jambos
[] Syzygium curranii polycepheloid
[] Syzygium megacarpa

I would also like more Inga (I already have edulis).

I am also looking for garlic vine, elephant garlic, and Egyptian walking onions (I know onions and garlic aren't quite tropical fruit, I can't seem to find them)

Oh also Indian chiku

I am interested in plants or seeds.

Thank you in advanced!

Unfortunately husband didn't water on a recent trip and several plants didn't appreciate it. I now need Syzygium malaccense white (white malay apple) as well even though it's on that list. I would really like jamun. I'm also looking for all Averrhoa that are not starfruit. Thanks!

Too bad you already have Syzygium jambos. I have a couple of those available.

For some reason, perhaps due to their size, it does not seem that Syzygiums have caught on among rare fruit growers in the same way Eugenias and Plinias have.

Yeah, I was wondering about that. I thought I'd at least get a response about curranii.

Check with me in a few weeks for Inga vera. Planted a bunch of seeds and just starting to break the surface now.
Trying to grow it all!
