Latest blooming loquat varieties?

Hello, one fellow fruit geek is interested in which ones are the latest blooming loguat varieties. The goal is to grow the variety/ ies here in BG, so a cooler climate asks for a plant that will flower at the end of winter and begginning of spring, which is end of march trought april. If theres one that blooms even later, like may, that would be great.
He first wants to know the names of the varieties in question and will do his research on them, later he said he would be looking for plants or cuttings for grafting, once he's sure about the varieties.

I read that the following loquats have spring flowers:
1. Shambala
2. Novak
3. Tanaka
4 Rose Anne

-Also, the Kanko is supposed to be late season variety.
-Christmas is supposed to be an early season variety, blooms in spring.
-Piera (won't find one) has multiple flowering throughout the year, so you should get at least 3 crops a year.

I don't have the Rose Anne and Piera, the others are grafted on my multi-grafted tree so I should get fruits next year. I will try to document when I see the flowers start, fruit ripen, if I remember.

Since I'm in SoCal, I could not verify any of these bloom/flowering times. Here they all seem to bloom around the same time on my tree.

The first Ray's Fave I had (and killed) had blooms on it in late July. I purchased it in Florida. I think Blooming behavior may be influenced by climate. I have not seen this behaviour in the Ray's Faves I have now.

My Tanaka is flowering now. Also the Argelino/Angelino, Shambala, Novak, Mogi, Genoa, BJW, Imperiale, Tori, Novak, China White, China Doll, Champagne, and many others.

 flowering in loquat? I suppose not ,since ive never heard of such methods.

Same in Spain for Tanaka and Argelino. Never heard of spring blossoms for this species, in Spain fruit makes it through winter only there where there are mild winters, for example in Ronda (a city in the south but with several days with minimum temps below zero) loquat typically don't bear fruit while other areas of the region with milder winters have commercial crops.
