At least I hope that taxi Driver enjoyed his fruit ,
and the tree's I tore out of pit in September  did good for him. (it was also more than a $120 fare)

And here I am, desperately wanting to try a paw paw after reading all the descriptions (too warm to grow here) lol  Always some holy grail out there to entice us 😁

You posted at same time

(9A zone in florida people in Gainsville grew pawpaw
there is a Nursery
In CA pawpaw grows in hotter zones I hear , but for some reason not FL.

Could it be the soil even the late Jerry Lehman which breed them added Sulfur in midwest
In Florida I would add Sulfur (it's cheap) maybe raised mounds in mulch

How High is the PH probably very alkaline

I was/am concerned that I don't have the chill hours.  So, do they really tatste like mango, banana and pineapple? 😁

Unfortunately JakeFruit, my circumstance was very much like Ollie's.  Without going into detail it was very disappointing because of the high regard people on this forum hold him. I wish Oscar well, but I understand Ollie's frustration when all other means of communication have been exhausted.
I disliked writing this as it isn't why I am part of this forum, I just felt guilty letting Ollie stand out there on his own.

Unfortunately, I had similar issues.  I can understand people not wanting to say anything expecting the response from colleagues.  However, this is the buy and sell forum and we should be making members aware of circumstances that could affect their buying decisions.
I sincerely hope that Oscar fixes whatever the problem is, however, until that time I thank Ollie for being brave enough to bring this issue to us.

Thanks Wonderfruit, how did it handle the recent cold temps?   Like Brian, mine is about 3 ft tall.  It put out growth when the weather rose and did not need irrigation . It is in a large pot and I am trying to determine where it can be planted in the ground.  The last piece of this puzzle is how cold tolerant it is.

Did the olosapo fruit for you and how fid it handle the recent cold?

Beware when buying from Fruitlovers.  Ordered seeds over 3 months ago and after many many emails I was told a few weeks ago that they were out of some of the seeds I ordered.  I requested the refund they offered.  Now, a month later I have no refund and still no seeds.
Try emailing me directly and will gladly refund you for any seeds that were not sent to you. Or you can post your real name here and will refund you.

I sent all the information to the email you requested and look forward to hearing from you.

You answered my many emails using fruitlovers@fruitlovers.com, when you offered to refund me for the seeds you no longer had and when  said you were sending out the other seeds.  Is there another email you prefer me using at this time?
I usually answer emails within 24 hours. Sometimes emails bounce or get sent to a spam folder. Try using this email: fruitlovers@gmail.com   Please make sure to include your real name and address, and the date of order.

10a central Florida.  Mine seems to do better this time of year out of full sun.  I keep it potted under the outer most branches of a shade tree.  Last year when it was smaller, it did well under shade cloth.  It will slow down if it dries out in this warm weather.  Also responds well to foliar feeding at least once a week.  It is flushing out and flowering since up potting.  In cooler weather I do not feed and only water occasionally.  For me, so far so good
