Help with locked account

A friend of mine (username Whitethorn) can't remember his password and the e-mails to reset it aren't arriving in his e-mail account. He only uses one e-mail so can't create a new account.

Suggestions?

Tell him to check his email.  I sent him a temporary password.

Hi Patrick,

I have the same issue. Got a new phone, forgot my password, the reset function doesn't seem to email anything.  I haven't been able to log on for almost a month.  I had to just create a new account on a new email address but I don't plan to use in the future.  Is there any way you could help reset my original account?  The username is Eggo.  Thanks!

I created this account because that happened with my last one, and presumably I'll need to create another account if I get locked out of this one, since the password reset emails never go through. It would be nice to fix that feature, though!

None of the other email features work for me either (email notifications, for example).

I haven't had a password issue, but the email features don't work for me either.
