I think you have to pay for shipping as they require an account number from a carrier. To order though, you need to have a legitimate scientific reason to order. So it's not for hobbyist growers like me :P .

I have ordered from Miami, FL. and they required that I pay $50 for a phyto cert to California. I think it depends on destination State.
