Do any of these look like Goji Berry plants?
« on: March 15, 2022, 09:21:40 PM »
I planted some Goji Berry seeds and these grew in the containers where the seeds were planted. They're growing pretty fast and the chickens attacked them, but they recovered.

I can't get a definitive sense when looking at Goji plants online, so if anyone can tell me if I'm growing some Goji or just a random weed, I'd be grateful.

Thanks!

Yup definitely goji. Those things can actually become like a weed lol even after relocating a plant, residual suckers still kept popping up from old roots

Looks like it.  It escaped through the bottom of the pot I tried to keep it in and was quite a pain to root out as it spread deep and far.

Thanks, Nick C and mbmango! I didn't realize the plants could be difficult to control. So while the chickens might appreciate me planting them in ground, I'll keep them in containers on the patio. Thanks!

At first sight, it reminded me of weed, but then I realized that I smoke too much. To be serious, those are goji. My mother has a few of these plants. As far as I know, those berries are extremely useful. Do you know why guys? I’ve always heard that they are useful, but I still don’t know why. My mother says she eats them because the berries are tasty. As for me, CBD gummies are more delicious than those berries. My doctor prescribed the gummies by https://organiccbdnugs.com/ to cure my bad sleep. Btw, now I tend to sleep 8 hours, while I used to sleep about 3-4 hours. That was terrible. Anyway, guys, I’d be grateful if you shared the shop where to buy the goji plants. I want to buy my mom a few more. Thanks

I don't think there is any credible evidence for their usefulness beyond being an edible berry.  I think people associate them with antioxidant content and folk remedies.
