Hi there, we have half a dozen very prolific palms - they seem to fruit 2-3 times a year. The dogs love the fruit.
I'd been assuming they were pejibaye, but on closer inspection of pejibaye images online they do not seem to be, since they are round rather than oblong. (Plus the trunks aren't spiny.)

It could be pejibaye. The trunks are not always spiny. If you could post a photo that really shows the whole crown of the palm that would help.

Could be areca nut/betel nut, areca catechu. I don't think it's pejibaye, even spineless pejibaye don't have that green trunk between rings.

I have a tall betel nut just like that,making a forrest of betel trees under it.Dwarf is nice very very short to pick.
