Sunsapote time to fruit. 10 years and waiting

People had ask me how long does it takes to fruit. The tree keeps growing and growing and not even a flower yet.

It looks fantastic.Maybe prune top center out.Get that lateral growth (hormone) change

Looks like you may expect bloom in winter and ripening in summer.

10 years no fruit shouldn't be any unusual for this species from what I have seen around here.
Let it go without alteration, if you go in hard and prune you will remove lots of leaf surface area and there will be less photosytesis and that could lower the brix of the sap in the tree which might make it suceptable to disease.
