Giant honghe papeda
« on: February 10, 2023, 11:39:11 AM »
Was doing some research a few days ago and came across this album of citrus hongheensis in Yunnan. HUGE trees I've never seen a citrus of that size before. More closely related to kumquats than ichang papeda. Petioles are almost double the size of the leaf.

It might be the Yuanjiang Papeda. 17m
The honghe papeda is "only" 10m.

Yuanjiang Papeda is quite different in fruits and leaves.
Yuanjiang Papeda is classified as Ichang Papeda
