They grow well here, but i have plant windbreakers that reduce the salt and wind impact.
A good wind breaker specie for the conditions you described is the Metrosideros robusta Cun.

You need some hard leaf species:
Hard leaf, soft skin fruit: Dovyalis caffra; Guavas; Eugenia Uniflora; Marula; Syzygium;
Hard leaf, thick skin fruit: Longans; Lychees; avocados; oranges; Mangos;

With annona seeds the best guarantee is to get them really fresh. Older seeds bigger gamble.

If fresh, just throw them in a good drainage germinating mix substract and give them heat.

I'm on the same situation with a big amount of money involved, but you have to relax and most importantly always pay by paypal or similar. Some sellers have to wait for the seeds to be shipped overseas. Try contact them through the facebook page if they have them, usually they reply much faster.

I often purchase fruit seeds from them. Always new listed seeds.
Had some issues in the past with rotten seeds that they wouldn't refund or replace.
But on the last orders they replaced the rotten seeds. Let's hope they keep it that way

I started purchase from them at 2014, at that period they offered nice plants with a good root growth. Now as they i suppose want make all the money they can at all cost, the offer week plants almost without roots and soil in the pots and without any refund policy (to islands). Not even mango's trees are surviving the trip.
Nevertheless they have great variety to offer, I just regret not purchasing more plants when they where at top shape.

really bad quality. I don´t want to speak about plant quality because I bought/payed for a plant and have got a unrooted cutting of bad quality.

I bought some annodium manni seeds from them and they all germinated. I think they only have fresh seed that come from Africa. All the others have low germination rate.
I don't understand why we keep getting postings like this. This place has been discussed before (in page one of this string) where even customers in Europe got zero germination on tropical fruit seeds. I got zero as well. Only order from them if you are buying non-recalcitrant seeds or like to throw money away. This is a very big shop and sells for low prices online.
