I highly recommend Ginkgo tree.

OP, I assume you're talking about growing from seed? Maybe consider a Garcinia or Joba.

Sapodilla seedlings are annoyingly slow.
To me this is a forum about wich plants to avoid growing as i dont like slow growing plants or the ones that take verry lobg to fruit.Keep it going .
