Here are my impressions as of today. I harvested this fruit one week ago when it was fully colored and easily detached from the branch.
Outside it has a pleasant fruity smell with no poncirus overtones.
Very juicy, bitterness is on the level of that of grapefruit, 10° Brix, acidity on the pair with lemon, some astringency but no inside oils, orange like scent, no poncirus aftertaste.
I do not know if your fruit was fully colored, from my experience the taste of poncirus hybrids greatly depends on the degree of ripeness.
