Nutrient problems in grafted kumquat

Can anyone tell my why my leaves are so yellow.

This is a 5 month old Fukushu kumquat tree on Flying dragon.
My 15 month old Fukushu on Flying dragon shows no Issues.  Both trees are in the same soil and fed with Jacks 25-5-15.  PH around7

I don't know the cause here, but I have grown many kumquats of all types and some of the new growth from new grafts was a bit yellow for me, but the next flush was normal.  I would not worry much.  Maybe foliar spray a bit of that same fert at low concentration.

Thank you.  I Know that every Kumquat graft had extreme problems starting growing.  They all had to have their main trunks cut before any amount of growth of the scion started.  I don't remember whether last years graft were this yellow, but I do remembering if any of them was going to live or die.

This tree has lost most of its leave.  I think I am going to put it in the unheated basemen and provide some light till spring grow time.
