Hard to say with that. It looks a bit more like real variegation than the false type, infectious or viral or those odd pigmented seedlings
You still need to grow the plant and stop a non variegated part from taking over if it is real.
Or it could end in a dead end shoot of too little green.
At this stage I would say it looks better than those I have seen that are not real variegation.
