ISO Albert Etter Apple Scions!!

Nick Botner's extensive scionwood collection was taken over by the Temperate Orchard Conservancy (TOC).

They make scions available. You will need to plan ahead and put in an order in December, as they only take orders during a short time window.

I see some of Etter's varieties there, such as "Etters Gold".

Nick Botner's collection had more of Etter's varieties, but the TOC is still working on making them all available. I think they have been gradually expanding the list over the years. I don't see the Kazakhstan varieties listed yet.

Maybe if there's one in particular that you are looking for that isn't yet available, they might take an inquiry for it and maybe prioritize it.

I haven't tried this yet, but you can also request scions from the USDA germplasm resources library (GRIN).
