Hi these are to expensive to experiment, but I was afraid someone was gonna put one I bought in fridge
so I hid, and forgot it well the skin got loose it was like gel, but was surprised it was the best I ever tasted ..
Usually I just think of it as tasting like Pumpkin pie, and mostly buy for the seed (a fruit can cost $30)
I actually left in fridge , and savored it for over a month eating tiny tastes (really did)
and it was deep red, and didn't go bad
kind a crap lee covered in foil, on a plate , but never molded.
is it Normal to Let the skin shrivel some so it gives way a bit, and fruit feels like a water balloon.
It did NOT taste fermented just a rich flavor
