Citrus > Cold Hardy Citrus
Trifolis
Tom_GA:
Based on the limited information available, Trifolis is (C. sinensis x P. trifoliata) x Grapefruit. This makes it 50% citrange, 50% grapefruit. How vigorous is the plant? How hardy? Does anyone have photos of the tree and/or fruit? Thanks!
mikkel:
I don't have the plant myself, but I got to see it at Andreas Voss’s place a few years ago and even tried one of the fruits.
Some of the photos are his.
The plant originally came from the citrus collection at the University of Prague and was shared around by Bernhard Voss.
It probably came from the Soviet Union originally.
BorisR:
As far as I know, ((C. sinensis x P. trifoliata) x Grapefruit) is an assumed origin. Trifolis spread across Europe from the citrus collection of the University of Prague, where it came from the former Soviet Union. There are some photos here and here.

Thanks for the replies and photos!
