I got some stuff to trade like grafted mangoes etc…
Or I’ll buy
Thanks!
I saw some when I was in the fl panhandle, but didn’t have the tools to rip them out of the ground!

Southern bayberry/wax myrtle is such a great smelling plant, used to find these all the time in Southern AL when working for the forest service. Take a short drive down and get yourself some cuttings!

Amazon has some plants. I haven’t ordered from that vendor but it’s worth a try if you’re desperate.

I can get you some suckers. Just need some help verifying what I dig up is actual wax myrtle and not the other native look-alike.
Does wax myrtle exclusively have those little waxy black balls?

Won't be able to ship anything until after the 9th, but if you still can't source any by then, I can sell/trade you for a couple of my gallon sized plants.

Thanks all. I’m hesitating trying cerifera but I want to try it. I think California is the best bet. I was able to find a source. 30$ for a 1 gallon plant is decent including shipping…

If it’s californica I’d love to trade or buy.

I grafted multiple Scions to 3 myrica Californica during the last order, they were growing during the first 4 months, new buds and leafs are pushing out , but they all die after that including the root stock, Myrica Californica.  Don't know why.

After seeing Simon's success with approach grafting, I am trying one out.
Also have been cleft grafting a lot of yangs now. The buds are beginning to swell, but you only can say success after a couple flushes of growth if so.
