Tips with introducing fertilizers to recent seedlings
« on: August 20, 2021, 07:40:04 PM »
I have few 2-3 months old seedlings in grow bags that seem to slow down the growth and I was wondering what would be the right dosage of fertilizers and which ones to give at this point. Thanks

How would you dilute a balanced 18-18-18 please?

Fox farm has some hydroponic fertilizer you can dilute. Agro thrive looks interesting also.

Just use the recommended rate and cut in half with water for liquid.
Take care with dry fertilizers there is probably a strong risk of burning container plants with that.
In containers I have had no problems using the 100% slow release type from Nutricote, it is a special formula used by the nursery industry.
