Ordered some seeds from Raul, just landed in the US shipping/customs took four weeks to get through.
Great seller, highly recommend.
Any tips on germination? Do yall prefer damp vermiculite or soil and heat mat? Open to any recommendations.

Dumped them in high quality soil and they grew pretty fast. That was last years crop from Raul. Now have more seeds coming tomorrow - for everyone who is on my order will get them out this Friday.

Oooh thanks for doing this!

Customs took my seeds and sent me an empty packet. Oh well, maybe I ‘ll have better luck next time.

I rolled the dice on this without a permitt. Plus I only bought only a few seeds. Not a big deal. Not the seller fault. Someone you win, sometime you lose. I’ll look for local seller on this.

Now if you were on my order will get them out in a day or so.

I bought 10 "Jumbo" seeds from Raul. They took 2 weeks to arrive.

I sowed 11 seeds on June 11 (after 15 min in diluted bleach solution). The first seedling popped up around July 16, and I spotted Number #11 coming up on August 27.

Soil is coco coir mixed with spent compost/perlite (previously used for pepper plants). Growing conditions are tropical.

I have mostly the same experience, I think maybe only 1 of mine hasn't popped up yet.  I can't remember what I used probably some peat moss, coco noir, a bit of perlite and some other stuff. Pretty quick for Garcinia.  No tropical conditions unless you count Hilary  ;D
