What to do with all these Barbados Cherries?!
« on: November 28, 2022, 01:49:12 PM »
I suddenly have a lot of Barbados Cherries and wondered if anyone had any suggestions as to what to do with all the fruits. They're tasty right off the tree but I can't keep up. Thanks!

Or clean them (take seed out) and freeze. Throw them in blender and make stuff when you are ready. Those are too good to let go to waste, but I know processing fruit can be a royal pita.

Cleaning guanabana before it goes bad is a chore for me, and I gotta get ALL the seeds out.

Have been freezing peppers before they go bad; seeds and all. They are surprisingly good when the time comes to use them.
