Any NDM hands down. 1, 2, 3, 4
It's already been perfected over half a millennia by Thai people.
They didn't just breed mango down to cardboard, to look like a rainbow or to be sweet or sour.
It's breed to perfection. Most seeds are even polyembryonic so you'll get a natural clone. And they are so prolific it's ridiculous.
No modern mangoes I've tried beats it. Not even close except some of the ancient Indian sugar mangoes.
The emperors around that area (India, Pakistan) used to compete with their mango. Mango was serious business. I've only heard Trump rave about how good Maccas and burger king is.....
I feel there is a bit of hybris among people in Florida with their new hybrids, IMO it's not just better because it's new, a hybrid or because it grows in my own yard (bias). Remember that all those hybrids came from parents with long lineage of already breed mangoes, it's good to know you stood on the shoulders of giants..
It's the same with the new Australian "Erdon Lee" Lychee, I was eating them in Thailand before they got marketed here so not AU origin IMO. Not hating on AU farmers at all, I just think it's right to give credit where it is due.
Avo or Ahuacatl too, most of the best varieties already exist in it's native habitat among the different villages they where just introduced or slightly altered. How do I know that? well I've been bush bashing a bit in the low Peruvian Andes and found some amazing avocados and some equals to common cultivars these days.
