How to hand pollinate

I just purchase and planted an Atemoya tree and read that the best way to get fruit is to hand pollinate it,
what is the best way to acomplish this ?

where to get the pollen

if from the tree what is the best way to collect the pollen?

This is for cherimoya, but the process is exactly the same.
