Hi Joe I graft them with just a cleft graft but I am quite sure that any type of graft that you are comfortable with will work.          Regards    Patrick

What's the germination rate?
???? Sorry that is a question that I can not answer as fact simply because being a small seed I have never counted them and the seedlings when they come up, when I plant them as with most/all small seeds I just throw a bunch in a pot and then separate and repot later.       Regards    Patrick

Hi All, The Allspice (pimenta dioica) are in season so have fresh seeds or berry's $.25 ea. plus shipping                                          Regards    Patrick

How difficult are they to germinate?  Id be interested in giving it a go most likely.
Hi Rex, they are more difficult than some seeds but that is only because you MUST START WITH FRESH SEED  and you can only get when in season, other than that keep them moist like everything else. I only sale seeds fresh picked from tree. hope this helps    Regards   Patrick

You could list them here people will buy.  Can you post a list of varieties?

Etsy is a good place also to offer them.  Why not just go for it?  What do you have to lose?
Hi Brad I just got a Jamaican cherry from them, what I thought was a 4" pot turned out to be a 1" plug no visible roots around the plug, badly wilted when it arrived dead now there ph# is no good and they do not respond to there on line comments.

how many are you looking for?

16
what do you normally feed your trees?

17
keep in mind that what you have are f-2s meaning you have the 2nd generation and the person who was kind enough to share the seeds with you could of inadvertently crossed them in his garden with other melons he planted or even his neighbors. that being said they are very easy to breed back to true

Anyone have success in the northeast?

These are all rooted cuttings from 2 plants that were listed as being 7a hardy (taking it with a grain of salt). Unknown variety, sold by 9Greenbox.

No damage so far with 20f, 16f, 18f over night, daily temps have been above freezing.

Tuesday will be interesting. Looks to be the coldest day and night combo so far

what was your method used to root your cuttings and at what time of year?
