Tropical Fruit Discussion / Eugenia Anthropophaga leaf drop

Need some help from the Eugenia experts on here. Older leaves yellow and drop as soon as new ones are starting to grow sometimes sooner and this has been going on for about 1-2 months. I am at a loss here as none of my other plants are exhibiting this while being in the exact same conditions. Could just be user error with over/underwatering or fertilizer, any ideas?

Trying to expand my garcinia collection into the more uncommon ones. Considering how hard it is to find G. prainiana my hopes are not high but please let me know if you have plants or seeds of the following species

Tropical Fruit Discussion / Disfigured new growth on garcinias

Anyone else ever seen their garcinias new growth look like this and what causes it? First guess was low humidity while I was gone for a week but the garcinias that are right next to these are pushing normal new growth.
