I have custard apple grown from seeds. Almost two years old. It was doing great in 3 gallons pot under my banana trees protection

Almost two weeks ago, I repoted into 15 gallons and no longer staying under the banana trees. It is now in full sun. A few days ago, my area been hit by frost two nights in a row. and I used frost cloths to protect it of course. But then I start seeing the leafs turning black and falling off as I touch it. Idk if this is normal since it is approaching winter. Or is it being sun burn since I moved it into full sun. Or it is frost damage. It didn't lose any leaf last year when it stayed under the bananas.

Long story short, Idk if my tree is dying or is it doing normal winter shedding. Should I moved it out of the sun or no?

I saw Ruby supreme at home Depot. Is it the same thing as pink guava? How does it taste? I had pink guava before and i didn't remember linking it much.

Hi, I just want to share their name and meaning. Don't know if this had already been done. I just find it interesting.


1. น้ำดอกไม้ Nam Docmai: Nam = water / docmai = flower combine the word it mean Nectar. I think most people know this one.
 *น้ำดอกไม้มัน Nam Docmai Mun: the word Mun describe the nutty/coconut flavor. This variety is a cross between Keow Savoy and Nam docmai.
 *น้ำดอกไม้สีทอง Nam Docmai Si Tong: Si =color / Tong = gold so straight forward it mean Golden Nam Docmai. It is a mutation of regular Nam Docmai with yellow skin when it is ripe. Sometime this mango look beautifully ripe with Golden color but it isn't and it will taste sour if pick too early.
 * น้ำดอกไม้ทวาย Nam Docmai Tawhy: Ta-why = off season/all season. Meaning it will fruits more than once a year or sometime all year long depending on the conditions.
 *น้ำดอกไม้สีม่วง Nam Docmai Si Muang: Si = color / Muang = purple.  So purple nam docmai. This breed is a cross between Nam Docmai and Hong Ju(Taiwan mango). The fruit is much larger than regular.

2. ฟ้าลั่น Falon: should be pronouns fah lun. Fah = sky / Lun = strike combine the word it mean Thunder strike ⚡. It got this name due to its characteristics of splitting with cracking sound when you peel it while it's still unripe. This mango this mostly eaten crunchy  because it have a nutty flavor. 3. เขียวเสวย Keow Savoy: Keow = green / Savoy(pronouns Sawoei) = eat/consume. So it mean eat it green or consume green. This mango is mostly eaten crunchy with dipping sauce since it have sweet, tart, and nutty flavor. Keow Savoy and Falon doesn't taste as good when it's completely ripe as many Thai would say. Keow Savoy does have high starch content when unripe so eating too much of it in one sitting may cause upset stomach. When you slice it you can see white starch all over your knife blade.
