Title: Thoughts on 9waters?
Post by: Filozophr on January 10, 2023, 03:23:11 PM
Would you say their prices are good? Reasonable? Great? Seedlings healthy etc?

prices are pretty high but you're guaranteed to get quality plants every time, ordered 5-6 times from them and they're always perfect

If you send them a message on etsy they'll talk to you indepth about requirements too, I'm not certain but I think they grow everything indoors. Personally I only buy the super rare stuff from them because chances are you won't find it anywhere else and at least you know it's real if its from 9waters (imo)

Sometimes lets the plants get too big in the starter pots but what can you do-

Prices are sometimes high and sometimes reasonable ime

I think their prices are generally fair for what you get. Good seller, bought several things over the years.

I think they are a good seller. I do wonder if they grow indoors bc they just don't seem as strong as they should be but everything I've bought from them has been in excellent health. And continues to grow well

I’ve only had good experiences with them. Some prices are a little high but they give you a break when you order multiple plants.

They are great, I have bought one of almost everything they sell over the years.  Prices used to be significantly cheaper a couple years ago. Now they are not price competitive but quality is still excellent

I’ve only had good experiences with them. Some prices are a little high but they give you a break when you order multiple plants.

I have to aggree that his prices have morphed upwards to being rather on the pricey side for these often smaller sized plants but he does offer a reasonable discount for multiple orders of many of his plants.

But at least now '9waters' factors the shipping costs into the pricing of his plants.

Also things I've ordered from him have always come well packaged, in fact so well packed in my experience that it requires no small effort to unpack them.

Cheers!
