Sangue E Latte mulberry.
It has a neat looking pink/purple color when the fruit is ripe. Here's a comparison with Black Pakistan, Australian Green, Thai Dwarf, and Tice.

I did a quick taste comparison and here's how I would rate them in order of best tasting to not so good:
1. Australian Green
2. Sangue E Latte
3. Black Pakistan
4. Tice
5. Thai Dwarf

WOW Kaz, that is one beautiful fruit and great taste what more could you ask for in a mulberry! I would imagine that the birds leave them alone.

Robert, yes it is a pretty fruit, so far the birds have not picked any. I have another branch that has a cluster of fruits still green so I will know soon if they leave them alone. Too bad the fruit isn't longer, but can't ask for everything.

I had my last batch of fruits from the Sangue E Latte. After comparing tastes with Australian Green/White Pakistan, the Sangue E Latte has a unique taste with no off flavor or grass taste that you get sometimes with the Australian Green/White Pakistan. It is sweet and has a milk like juice, very hard to describe it. Here's my updated test results, I would rate it as good as the best tasting mulberry so far. Still have not tried the Persian mulberry so it may change again.

1. Australian Green & Sangue Latte
2. Black Pakistan
3. Tice
4. Shangri La
5. Thai Dwarf

It definitely is the most beautiful of the fruits with the pink/violet colors.

I am from Germany and here "Gelso Sangue e Latte" is a well known variety that is often selled in plant nurseries.

I also own it and it has a good taste, very similar to the old wild mulberries we have growing here in parks, but with a bit bigger fruit. Similar varieties are often found in Bulgaria or Turkey.

It is quite sad to read that varieties like Shangri La or Thai Dwarf have a much worse taste, because I was interested in getting some good tasting varieties from oversea.
