Green Cardamomum sold as whole pod will not sprout as they have been heated to a temp. of 60 C to 65 C to produce the Green coloured pod.

Normally the fruit develops a reddish blush around the stalk when it is ready to be harvested. In your case, I do not know whether you can see the blush thru the bag.

Looks like a normal A.reticulata, which when ripe has a reddish blush on the top side.
