Hello  Can anybody direct me where to get Telfairia Pedata Seeds?

They are Dioecious, male & female vine on two different plant like Gac.  It will climb & sufficate a twenty five feet mango tree in one growing season in Florida, climb the Neighbor House roof; recieved HOA love letter I had to kill it.  Just got three fresh seeds, planted to put at a friend house and rondents stole it!

I bought 6 seeds from http://www.theseedybusiness.com.  One seed germinated. May not be their fault for the low germination rate, we'll never know.

I had 1 germinate as well out of 6, the others molded and died . 1 is better then none especially since its so hard to find!

Not if you want fruit ; at least I will see how the vine will perform in my climate. Might have to send you some pollen or vice-versa when we know what sex our plants are.

eh you guys need to soak them 24 hours.  I have gotten ten seeds from Jesse Blenne three years ago, took a month to get here from costa rica.  Soak it 24 hours & 100% germination, now I got to worry about rodents do to habitat destruction from the dike canal construction bordering my development wiping out oaks & native plants!😡

Point taken, they've been soaking in cocopeat for 3 months now.

I contacted 'theseedybusiness'. They do not have seeds now. Any body else I can try? It would be a big help, as I am returning to India on May15th.

I sometimes get seeds but none at present. They don't like too much water / wet feet. Plant in the drip line of a bigger tree and let it climb - they are massive but in the same way as Saba spp. The local farmers claim a small seed turns into male, a big into female - not sure if there is a scientic backup on that.
