All the eugenias I have fruited so far suffer from fruit fly. I don't think there is any you may get lucky with.

Had first flowers in a year from one, I don't know how because it was neglected. Just lucky I guess though my others fruited around the two to three year mark.

I have had flowers on a Uniflora in 12 months but if you look after them properly you will get them fruiting around 2-3yrs

With my eugenias I usually water maybe once every two weeks or when the plants look a bit sad. Overwintering in my area in winter with my eugenias is normally a bad outcome. Plants just rot in mix.

Mine are in pots, and when you see how fast they start growing and the amount of foliage they produce at 2' tall it all comes from that fertile soil you started off with and it can get quite depleted. I also use lucerne mulch twice a year to add a bit of organic material back to the depleted soil.

I put mine in a good potting mix in a foot diameter pot. Seaweed solution and trace element drench every 3 months and granulated citrus feet every 6. They are hardy, can go without water for a while and still keep pumping out the flowers. Mine were slow to get going but then they hit the two year mark and start goin silly growing and once they start flowering you cant stop them.

Yeah I would be putting my money on pyriformis. Looks samd as mine. If he hasn't got it labelled he may just have his wires crossed with something else.

Yeah true Adam. I take it it is a hybrid but could be chance mutation but I dont love mulberries enough to plant out a heap of seeds to find out if they come true. Hehe.cutting would be best I suppose.

Nice one, bonus having all 3 on the same plant. Any chance you would sell any angel red seeds? I have only heard great things about this variety.

For sure fulla! Gonna get some branches and do some cuttings. tasted sweet like the white but the faintest amount of acidity like the black. cant say i am a mulberry fan as white is overly sweet for my liking and black just a bit tart but this was pretty nice balance.
