Yes, it has the shape and the groove along the length like the Buttercream has, some i got were bumpy but not this bumpy, may be the bumps get stretched out as the fruit matures. If i remember the ones i had this summer, the color changes to pale yellow when ripe.

It looks like buttercream. My fruit were not bumpy but that is probably environmental.

Here is a pic of one of my buttercream fruits.

I have seen a number of different misshapen Buttercream fruits.

Unfortunately,  I dont recall the looks of the leaves.  With Behl's picture, should be an easy ID to those with a tree (thats a very distinct look in that picture).
