Found: Dwarf Hawaiian Mango Tree 7 or 15 gallon
« on: October 29, 2024, 10:19:08 AM »
I'm hoping to find a larger size Dwarf Hawaiian mango tree to put in the ground. Let me know if you have a 7 gallon or 15 gallon tree, or if you see one in your travels.

Are you concerned about roots destroying foundations, irrigation?

Are you concerned about roots destroying foundations, irrigation?

I'm looking for the intersection of earliest mango and best tasting mango and I think Dwarf Hawaiian is a good fit.

It will be planted 5 or 6 feet from the pool patio in my section of dwarf(ish) mango trees next to Ice Cream, White Piri and Cecilove. I have a well for irrigation so that's not an issue.

I'm more worried about the live oaks destroying the foundation  ;D

I know you already went there but incredible edibles website says they have it in 7 and excalibur has it listed on their website so it may or may not be there. Sometimes they have some really big trees only problem is they start getting pricey but you may want to call them and ask.

Thanks! I was at Excalibur twice last week buying Mamey trees (Viejo, Excalibur, Key West) but they didn't have any Dwarf Hawaiian. I stopped at Leaph's but he only had 3 gallon available.

Today I went to Sandra's farm at Fig Casa here in Port St. Lucie. She had a 7 gallon Dwarf Hawaiian that was busting out of the pot and she also had a huge 15 gallon Butterscotch Sapodilla that I had to buy. She even gave me about 4 dozen farm fresh chicken and duck eggs.
