Title: Scion and root stock for tropical fruit trees

Does anyone know where I can get rootstock and its respective scion counter part for dorian, apple mango and jackfruit?  I would like to start my own orchard.

It would help if you said where you are so people can recommend a place close to you. A quick search on google turned up Indiana, which would lead me to suggest against growing these tropical trees outdoors.

Maybe you're actually in a more tropical location?
