Title: What Is This Fruit?
Post by: roblack on April 12, 2022, 05:28:37 PM
Found this fruiting in the back, and not sure what it is. Thought it was pitomba. Pretty sure it is a Eugenia, but who knows. Please share your best guesses.

Thanks Digi!

Very similar to e. reinwardtiana, that's probably it.

My kid tasted it, said it was not very flavorful, mildly sweet with no sour. Only one was ripe, next one is mine.

Thanks Digi and Har. I am certain you are correct. Weird, because I thought about adding this variety to the collection, but never actually got one. Well, now it seems I did. lol
