I started from seed and it is now six feet

I grow it in Fort Lauderdale. I use a thick layer of mulch. It is grounded and it took 6 years to produce fruits.

Go to a food town in Sterling Road a local supermarket in Davie, 20 minutes from Hallandale. They have fruits from all tropical countries.

I use plastic 50 gallon containers. I pay $ 10 for each one and they last. I lcut the lid but Without cutting the brim. And some cuts for drainage

Yes when they are ripe I compete w ants. I came back home 2 AM two days ago and I found a big raccoon eating them from the soil

I have 2 fruiting trees. And others no fruiting yet, however I never saw any other flowering. So I guess is dioecious

I found in my garage a half gallon old exterior paint that I poured filling the whole. No fruit yet hopefully they don’t smell like fresh paint

My brother who lives in Chaco, Argentine want to try to grow them? It is a warm place but arid during winter. Does anybody has any experience growing them in arid places? Any variety in particular should adapt better? Thanks.
