Is that a root stock growing or grafted one

My Aphonso was effected but some kind of fungus or mold , now there is some growth at the above the graft and there is some growth at the graft section

What do you think about the growth at the graft , is this a root stock growing or grafted part

It's right at the graft line

If I had to guess I would say rootstock.   In any event, due to the location/height of t h at growth,  break off both of those shoots.

Good suggestion , I just removed the shoots
