Grafting Mango - Need Help on Compatibality of Culivators (for multiple Grafts)

Some mangoes are fast growing big trees while some are small growing and dwarf. I am planning to have two cocktail mango trees, i.e. graft multiple varities on one root stock. 

My Trees currently that I have are:
1. Alphonso Air Layered nice and healthy.
2. Nam Doc Mai that is grafted onto some unknown root stock, it has not had any growth in a long time while it has blooms on it now.
3. Manila that is a graft over some varitiety of unknown root stock

My New cultivators:
1. Amrapali
2. Mallika
3. Maha Chanok

Now, I have no clue about the growth habitats of Alphonso, Nam Doc Mai, Manila, Amralali, Mallika, and Maha Chanok.

Pros here on this site, could you please help me understand which new cultivators would grow with my existing grafted plants? My goal is to have dwarf with dwarf, vigrously growing with vigrously growing.

I would appreciate your help while I wait for my scoins and do some prep work.

You could probably do some Googling and find out the growth habit of some of those mangos.

Amrapali is supposed to be dwarf (http://www.fruitipedia.com/Mango.htm)
Manila is supposed to be dwarf (http://www.crfg.org/pubs/ff/mango.html)
Mallika is supposed to be "semi-dwarf and moderately vigorous" (http://www.virtualherbarium.org/tropicalfruit/mangotrees.html)
Nam Doc Mai is supposed to be able to be "pruned to maintain a productive tree of 10 ft or less" (http://www.virtualherbarium.org/tropicalfruit/mangotrees.html)
Maha Chanok "has a slow growing habit so it can be grown in ground or in a container" (http://plantogram.blogspot.com/2011/06/new-maha-chinook-mango.html)
Haven't been able to find anything about Alphonso's growth habit, at this point.  As you know, I'm planning on trying something similar to what you're talking about.  I think it's all going to come down to regular tip pruning to keep things balanced, though at this point, I'd say I'll be happy to have the problem of overly vigorous growth!

Thanks James, so Maha Chanok is slow growing, so what is the best mate for it from the list I got of three root stocks? If I do a 3-in-1, I dont want Maha Chanok to get buried by other fast growing ones.  Thoughts?
