180ml Champagne
1 Dose of Acerola(About 150gr)
Half Carambola
Ice
One spoon of sugar or honey
3 Spoons of condensed milk
PreparationPut all the ingredients in a liquidizer and blend until you get a smooth juice
Pour into a colander...So that you obtain a smooth pulpless juice.
Serve immediately and decorate individual cups with a slice of Carabola and one Acerola fruit!
