eugenia dysentrica question
«

Got some dysentrica seeds which germinated well and truly in transit and wondering does this species grow like a rhizhome under the ground? Instead of coming out as a root and a shoot it is like runners with nodules that have shoots coming out of them. It looks like the nodules on a legume. Is that normal?
Cheers for any help.

It has died back and re grown from stump/rhizome/roots?

Only just got seeds from Vitor, they are a very prolific little sprouting seed! I think they are a cerrado species so maybe has somethin to do with setting up underground mass before poking too much head above the ground.
