Fantastic avocado just now setting flowers

This is a tree that has been in the ground for less than 2 yrs. I am just west of Gainesville Florida.

Avocados seem to be flowering very early.

I’m pretty much in the same zone and latitude as you and For whatever reason, after hurricane sally hit it seems like everything started flowering again. Maybe it happens every fall and I just haven’t really noticed until this year? But every apple, pear, myrtle, plum, among many others are going for a pretty profuse re-bloom now

Some of my plum trees bloomed but no fruit set.

Exactly! Everything went for a re-bloom but nothing set fruit
