Planted mamey tree at ~15 degree angle - okay?

Sorry for the noob question. I planted my mamey tree and when I stepped back to admire, I noticed I didn't get it perfectly straight; it's leaning by about 15 degrees or so. Would it be best to stake it up or just leave it be?

I would dig up and remove the soil on the opposite side, then pull the root ball back to get the tree straight. I don't want to look at the leaning tree everyday as it continues to grow.
