Any info you have about the trees appreciated.  I’ve heard they vary a fair bit in how good they are, but I’ve never had one, so have no clue.

Yeah they are definitely pretty variable. I have a pretty good grafted variety, forget the name, but it's got  good fruit.  Also have a neighbor with a big decent sized tree  I can get plenty of seeds from
