In a recent video Chris of Truly Tropical remarked that there was more than one "Mahachanok" mango being propagated, but she didn't go into the subject with any depth, so I don't know where you'd get the best or most authentic representative of the variety.

Yeah online I see only 1 or two that looks like my Brother's tree but I also see alot of the ones that are skinner and longer profile.  That's why I wanted to see .  I was aware of ndm having a couple variations out there but was aware it was the same for M.C

I had a tree at my last house, and this was the same for me, but the ones in the above pictures seem to look a little different.

Skinnier/longer is the typical, but we get many seedless fruit/ atypicals when grown in SoCal.

There is a fake one out there, which yours may be, but it matches what I've grown in SoCal.

Any flavor description? Poly seed?

Just like there are several Nam Doc Mai varieties there are several different varieties that are called Maha Chanok. Looks like you have one of them. The one I have from Zill is mono.
