Do you also have unopened buds ?
if so you might get a second flower later.

How many flowerings you get there per season?

Here it's usually 2. So there will be unopened buds while some open to flowers.
This way it's possible predict fruit availability a little bit.

To me it seams that thinning out the first big flowering helps to increase the next one or next years flowering. Similar to what they do in apples, thinning out flowers early to avoid biannual bearing.

Is tricky. Some durians are alternate or irregular bearing

But if you analyze the buds you could predict possible future crop.
Cause the buds come open and then they stay dormant for a while until right conditions exist.
More buds that have emerged and then stopped increase chances of fruit.

The harvest is predicted based on when the flowers drop.
How you might cull flowers or fruits can depend on what sort of harvest you want. Do you want a long slow harvest or do you want to concentrate the harvest. Depends on your market and if you want to be eating durians for as long as possible.
Nice job Cainito. Felicidades

Pretty good.
Did you say if that tree is a seedling or some grafted variety?
